How SPV website enquiries are handled.
This notice explains the information collected when you contact DiKnow Technologies UK/Ghana through this website.

The enquiry form may collect your name, organisation, country or territory, email address, telephone number, areas of interest, preferred consultation format and the description you provide about your verification requirement.
Why the information is used
The information is used to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry; arrange a requested presentation or consultation; and maintain an appropriate record of correspondence. Please do not submit confidential title documents, evidence or sensitive personal data through the initial enquiry form.
Form transmission
The website uses Web3Forms to transmit enquiry-form information to DiKnow Technologies. Information may therefore be processed by that service for delivery and security purposes. You may instead contact DiKnow directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the professional relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. It is not sold. Information may be disclosed where necessary to service providers supporting communication or where required by law.
