Country GRID/CRS compatibility

SPV is available where the Country GRID/CRS is compatible with the current SPV system. DiKnow must assess the submitted plan and its coordinate reference system before confirming that the requested work can proceed.

Your plan and the agreed scope

Send a clear, complete and legible scan of the site or cadastral plan. Include its coordinates, bearings, distances, scale and other survey information where shown. DiKnow will confirm any further information needed and agree the scope of the review with you.

24-hour report turnaround

For eligible plans, the 24-hour turnaround starts once DiKnow has confirmed acceptance of a complete, legible submission and the agreed scope. Complex cases may require more time; DiKnow will confirm the delivery timescale. Sending a file does not by itself confirm acceptance or start the turnaround period.

Professional scope

SPV provides independent spatial analysis and decision-support evidence. It does not by itself authenticate legal title, determine ownership or replace official land searches, licensed field surveys, legal advice, or decisions of the relevant authorities and courts.
