Country-aware analysis
Africa* is not one cadastral system.
Plans may use different datums, projections, axis orders, units, scales, vertex tables and survey annotations. SPV first identifies the geographic and documentary context, then selects the appropriate reconstruction and reporting approach.
Plan-format interpretation
Work from coordinate tables, grid values, bearings and distances, parcel diagrams or other legible spatial information.
Area convention
Report acres, square metres, hectares or local formats such as hectares–ares–centiares where appropriate.
